The Platform is operated by 444cm ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account. Your continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version as described in Section 14.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 444cm with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

If you are found to be under the minimum required age, your Account will be immediately suspended, all bets voided and any balance returned (excluding any Bonus Funds) at the Operator's sole discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

You may fund your Account using payment methods displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Methods available to Pakistani users may include, where supported by the Platform and permitted under applicable policies, mobile wallets familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment services such as Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific method depends on the Operator's current cashier configuration, your account verification status, and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where reasonably practicable. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as required by our AML obligations.
All amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of transaction. Conversion fees, where applicable, are set by the payment provider and are the user's responsibility.
An Account that shows no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. An administrative maintenance fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the Operator's dormancy policy at the time, subject to prior notice to the registered email address.
A bet is not accepted and confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a transaction reference number. 444cm reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market has been suspended or where an error in pricing has occurred.
Where a bet has been accepted at clearly erroneous odds — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — 444cm reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the stakes to the user's Account. The Operator's decision in such matters is final.
Bets placed on events where evidence of match-fixing, corruption or any integrity violation is subsequently established may be voided at the Operator's discretion, in alignment with guidance from relevant sport governing bodies. This applies to all markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and all other sports covered on the Platform.
All casino games, including live dealer games, slots and table games, are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. RTP and house edge information displayed on the Platform is illustrative and based on long-run statistical averages. Individual session outcomes are inherently variable and past results do not indicate future performance.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback arrangements and other promotional incentives available through the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
Any user found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or coordinated activity with other users — will have their bonuses voided, relevant winnings forfeited, and Account suspended. The Operator's determination of bonus abuse is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 444cm.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444cm and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444cm makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of the Platform or the information, products, services or related graphics contained therein.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure: 444cm shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event as defined in Section 2. In such circumstances, affected services will be restored as soon as reasonably practicable.

444cm reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and AML compliance checks.
Upon closure of your Account, whether initiated by you or by the Operator, all accrued Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any applicable winnings will be processed as part of the closure settlement.

Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence, as may be updated from time to time.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring rights under Pakistani law beyond those which lawfully apply to the user's actual circumstances. Pakistani users are reminded that gambling activities may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and should seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their legal position.
Any disputes not resolved through direct contact with our support team may be referred to the applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body as specified in the Operator's licensing terms.
